November 24th 2025 update
The meeting happened, and Mark P. is leaving. Letter to Terry E. Gambrel about the Yakima Training Center (possible solution), Master Hunters in January, with limitations
November 10th 2025 update
Next meeting for Public lands will be held on 11/19/2025 3-5pm. GMAC meeting will be held on 12/6/2025. Wenas WAAC meeting will be on 11/14/2025.
October 27th 2025 update
No meeting happened, hopefully, in December there will be one.
September 8th 2025 update
There are 17 on the committe after 1 dropping. Cougar this year to harvest is 8 cats during the season (September 1st – March 31st) before heading out call in, every Thursday’s there will be updates to the harvest numbers.
June 30th 2025 update
Meeting on 6/21/2025 with 11 new members out of 18. Most of the meeting spent bringing new members up to date. Legislature cut DFW’s budget 38%, licenses fees increased 38% on July 1st 2025 (SSB5583). New senior licenses (over 70) decreased for hunting & Fish, Big Game is now $38 for senior’s. Fishing licenses for youth under 16 are not required.
March 31st 2025 update
There was an election meeting, Eastern Washington Vice President is Bill Essman and elected a new president.
